Rush Flag Football League
Rush is designed for players of all skill levels and experience, co-ed ages 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, high school.
Who it’s for: Beginner players and teams new to flag football.
Focus: Learning the fundamentals of the game—basic rules, positions, and teamwork.
Environment: Fun, supportive, and instructional. Coaches emphasize skill development and confidence building.
Division
Who it’s for: Players and teams with prior experience who understand the basics and want to improve.
Focus: Advanced skills, strategy, and competitive play.
Environment: Balanced competition with an emphasis on sportsmanship and continued growth.
Division
Who it’s for: Highly experienced players, established teams, and tournament-level competitors.
Focus: High-intensity games, advanced tactics, and elite performance.
Environment: Fast-paced, competitive, and designed for those seeking the highest level of play.
Division
Rush Flag League reserves the right to adjust a team’s division placement at any time during the regular season or for the playoff tournament to maintain fair play and competitive balance.
